If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] with a clear photo of the product and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as described, reach out immediately. Include photos of the issue (e.g., missing parts, visible flaws) to help us process your request faster. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

  • This policy covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Exclusions: Accidental damage, improper handling, wear and tear, or post-purchase modifications.

3. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 2 months of placing the order. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a refund or replacement.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary:

  • Credit Cards: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
